Warranty Coverage

We stand by the quality of our products. Here’s what we cover:

Your blendSMART brushes come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. In case your blendSMART does not work as expected, we will be happy to exchange it free of charge. 

PLEASE NOTE: Batteries and brush heads are not covered under this warranty. You need to replace them on a regular basis (on average every 4 to 6 months).

This warranty applies to purchases from blendsmart.com or any authorized retailer. Proof of purchase is required.

Note: Using non-certified brush heads or handles voids the warranty. Purchases from unauthorized dealers are not covered.

Changed your mind? No problem. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee applicable for all our products — from brushes to cosmetics.

PLEASE NOTE:  For Cosmetics Products refunds only apply to unopened and unused returns for hygiene reasons.

  • Refunds: 3-5 business days after receiving the product
